i’ve been going here for many years and what i’ve noticed is not all stylists are created equally. many stylists do not actually care for your natural hair. they will rip through your way while detangling, going from root to end rather than end to root. moreover, i recently got my hair braided for crochet there and the stylist braided it so tight that i now have to take it out only a week later for fear that i will get traction alopecia and bald spots even tho the style was almost 200. they do not all care for your natural hair. as of now i will not be returning edit: took it out after ten days to see my hair ripped out on the top of my head as suspected. never returning

I love this place! It is one of the most professionally run hair salons I’ve ever been to. You’re not going to hear profanity, music with profanity, loud, gossiping, ratchet TV etc. Getting my hair done, just like my nails and feet, is an experience. It should be a me day that takes you away from all the drama of work or home. You get a “me day” feeling here. The price is the price. They are fair and quite honestly a lot lower than other salons. Sometimes, you may pay more if your hair needed more extra care than you thought. I appreciate Sheena, Arleasha ( my stylist), Monet and the family friendly atmosphere. I’m a lot older now and cannot tolerate the shenanigans of some of these other places that may do great services.

I am new to the area and was looking for a hair salon, I came across this salon online and it looked well kept. I had an appointment she was very good, my hair felt clean and taken care of. I hadn’t had a silk press prior and my kitchen had sweated out a little bit and another friendly stylist was able to do another pass. A good salon!

My stylist Anthony has been doing for 1year, but I have been going to Lotus for 9years and I will have different stylists . He (Anthony) always get what I wanted . He is very patient and kind. The most important thing he waste no time

Great shop for the elderly. Im not sure for others I took my client (cna) they also have a fairly inside, so your welcome to get your feet done and your nails at the same time. She had a great time and she is a usual. They made me want to come back and get something done. Pretty clean place, techs were friendly and welcoming. TV was playing movies so it was a good vibe. 🥰
