I got a design on my nails, they were polka dots. Before we started he asked if I wanted them different sizes and I said no and he said okay. After the first nail was complete he showed me and I said no that’s not what I want and showed a picture. I said I wanted them this way. He redid the one and the first one looked good so I trusted he knew how I wanted them. When he finished they were different sizes and extremely unsymmetrical. I thought I would just get over it but I got my toes done and chose to speak up again after they were done. When I did that I was made to feel very uncomfortable rather than of course we will redo them and take care of it since it’s a service you’re paying for. I’m very disappointed and even cried after. I’ve been going to Kevin for my hard gel manicures, and gel pedicures for 3 1/2 years. I am super particular about my nails, and he is the best. Recently I moved, and can’t go back and I’m so sad about it. I can’t find anyone that does my nails as good as Kevin. The front desk staff Ian and Hi are great too. I miss them all so much!

***UPDATED REVIEW*** I’ve had to return to this salon three times in less than two weeks because of issues with my gel polish peeling. Each visit cost me time and gas for something that should have been done right the first time. When I came back most recently to have the damaged nails fixed, the experience went from frustrating to downright unprofessional. The technician became defensive and argumentative, insisting that if I wanted to “change the color,” I’d be charged — even though I never asked for a color change, just for the nails that were peeling to be corrected. When I calmly pointed this out, he told me, “If it messes up again, find another salon to go to.” That’s not how you speak to paying customers — ESPECIALLY after multiple service issues that were clearly not my fault. I have been going here for the past 3 years getting my nails done by this amazing Jamaican lady Cee Cee. She always does an awesome job. I have introduced multiple clients and they always return and have nothing but good reviews of her work. The chairs a comfortable she did my pedicure and was very satisfied. She is multitalented she is great a brow waxing also. Keep up the great work Cee Cee your are an inspiration to a lot of others around you with your creativity and style of art in your designs

UPDATE: They offered to make it right, and they did. Will return again but only for select few. I’ve been coming to this salon for years without any problems, but my last visit was extremely disappointing. A week after getting a full set, my cuticles are peeling and irritated, something I’ve never experienced before. The tech was kind during my pedicure, but her demeanor completely changed during the full set. She was rough with the electric file and responded with attitude when I asked questions. I even asked if she was okay due to how aggressive she became. I spoke to the manager, who said he’d address it, but clearly no care was taken. For how much I’ve spent here over the years, this experience was unacceptable. Sadly, you’ve lost a loyal customer.
