Flow House

It was my first time at Flow House, and I can confidently say it won’t be my last. Stephanie was such a warm and welcoming instructor especially for someone new to Pilates like myself. She was patient, taught core function in a way that felt in-depth and accessible, and was incredibly intentional with her instruction. What stood out most was how curious she was about what I wanted to take away from the practice, beyond just the physical. That level of care felt both professional and deeply personal. You can truly tell this is her passion not just to teach Pilates, but to help people feel supported and to build a real sense of community. I’m so grateful for the experience and can’t wait to come back.

I’ve taken three classes here so far (yoga and Pilates) and have loved all of them!! The space is beautiful and the teachers are warm, welcoming, and made me feel very comfortable (my first time doing mat Pilates). Excited to have this new awesome studio close to home!!

I had never even heard of a Plant Frequency Sound Bath + Reiki before, and now I’m hooked. The entire experience was so beautiful and deeply relaxing. Victoria has the loveliest, most grounding presence. The space itself is absolutely stunning, warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. You can feel the care behind it. The owner is incredibly kind and creates such a friendly, inviting atmosphere. I went home and took the best long afternoon nap, a total nervous system reset. I also treated myself to a couple of goodies from the Lifestyle Shop, zero regrets. Already looking forward to going back. Next up, Pilates.

I've taken yoga classes for years and just found a new, lovely studio to practice that plus pilates. Pilates is newer to me but the instructors are very welcoming and encouraging. I appreciate the mindfullness they bring to each class. Very welcoming studio and would recommend!

I took a lunchtime Classical Flow Mat Pilates class with Steph, my first Flow House class, and it was great! With 10 years of Pilates teaching experience, Steph focused heavily on form during class. Despite my previous experience with mat and reformer Pilates, I learned a ton from Steph and had a very intentional practice. Flow House is a one studio space with room for practice and 1:1 reformer instruction. They also sell unique/artisan lifestyle products - I couldn’t help but get a candle and room spray!
