Escape Spa & Nails

My granddaughter and I went Yesterday for a full set and pedicures. We had a great day. The staff is very attentive and my feet feel wonderful. We picked spring colors after a drab winter! I applaud their careful detail work. Tyvm

First I have been to escape many times in past years. I went back last week for the first time to get a full set gel nails and paint toenails same color. They rush you through the process. Soon as I got home that day one fell off. Had to go back out and get it fixed. Very RUDE. They were not nice at all. And acted like it was my fault. I paid 110 with tip for this. Then yesterday another nail comes off my left hand. Called and told them and she said come back out she’ll fix it. Went in and they were rude again. This time put on a gel x nail totally different from my nails. Very noticeable on my left hand looks ridiculous!! Never again!! You can see the first pic my middle finger looks stupid!!

I have been to Kim twice and love her work. She is so sweet and does a great job! I get the acrylic cat eye when I go. Update # this is probably now my 4th or 5th time going and the picture is cateye on my real nails. #KimIsTheBest!

I wanted to get dip powder for the first time and this place was recommended to me. So, I gave it a try. Not even 24 hours and I've got chips, uneven parts and spaces and I'm very unhappy with the outcome. They weren't busy so that was not a problem of having to get to other clients. I just would not recommend them especially for something this simple.

The lady was SO rude. My nails look TERRIBLE! She didn't even file my nails straight. And the gel polish was uneven and opaque. It was supposed to be a richcolor, but was an uneven opaque. Waste of $25 by far! UPDATE! I GOT HOME AND NY NAIL RIPPED OFF! MY NATURAL NAIL! It has had no reason to do so, other than being filed with the acrylic file... I'm so upset. I have very healthy nails and for one to rip, it's quite displeasing and a little upsetting! Adding pictures 😢
