Bath & Body Works

I love going to Bath and Body Works!! Especially during the semi annual sales, there's so many yummy lotions and body care items that it's hard to pick out just a few so I end up with so many my boyfriend accuses me of hoarding lol

I absolutely love this Bath & Body Works. The staff is always so friendly every single I come in. They have the store set up so nicely and it’s always so clean.

Horrible experience with a manager tonight (5/13/23) - middle aged female. A young girl excited to shop for her mother asked her a question. The manager pointed towards their special bag offer and asked if she wanted one to which the little girl replied no and skipped away. She’s a little girl. She doesn’t know shopping etiquette yet. The manager however, at her big age, should have known better than to visibly scowl. Yes. I saw it. So I jokingly said, “hey, a girl that knows what she wants” to which I received the same annoyed scowl. I moved on rather than address this and asked the manager for the item I was looking for. She shortly responded that it was sold out. Well guess what, I found the item. Retail really isn’t for everybody and I hope this manager is able to find something that w

I love the perfume, I buy it all the time. But on several occasions I have been ignored by staff because I'm fat and do not dress like their typical clientele. I have literally stood directly in front of a cashier and had them not speak or make a move to check out my items. Just stare blankly like no one is even there. More than one cashier, more than one occasion. That speaks to a problem with the corporate attitude about their customers and who they are trained to cater to. I'll continue to shop here for the products, but the service is terrible for some customers.
