I would give -5 if possible. I went in with the photo on the left, came out with the cut on the right. Now the unprofessional business owner is refusing to answer HOW this happened? I specifically said, if you cut it too short it sticks up, which is the exact cut I got. Too short sticking up cut with a RAZOR? Dear lord who does that to someone's hair? No one has razored my hair since 1975. Who even does that anymore?? Upon interview, I asked for point cutting and was told she could do that. The stylists mother came in talking about a friend she went to visit who had already passed (apparently it's a beauty shop and NOT A PROFESSIONAL SALON) and she took a razor and just chopped my hair over and over. Jessica Ernes took a few idea photos and made them a reality! I have thick curly hair and she talked me through warm and cool tones, to make sure I was getting the color I wanted. She always made sure I felt comfortable and welcomed in the salon. She did such an amazing job with my hair! She’s forever making this boy mom gorgeous!
