Rachelle cut my 15 yr old girl and 10 year old boys hair and the level of attention she gave to detail and making sure everything was PERFECT was astounding. Her conversation felt organic, not forced, she just made us all feel so comfortable and welcome and both of my kids confidence grew so much by time we left there, we will definitely be coming back to her every time! I was late and Shannon still waited to eat her lunch and was calm and sweet. She did an amazing job and I’d highly recommend her and every gal that has done my hair at this saloon.

I showed the women 3 pictures of myself to make it easier for her to give me the cut I wanted she glanced at it said no problem and it ended up looking nothing like any of the pictures! The conversation seemed forced and I don't like to talk so I was very uncomfortable. Will not go there again..her name was Erin also she parted my hair wrong I'm guessing she had a vision

Horrible experience! Stylist didn't listen to what was wanted and shaved my son's head! I was then asked when he could come back to get it fixed? How are you going to fix it? Literally looks like someone sat a bowl on his head and shaved around it!!! I don't know how they can fix it. The time before he went and had an awesome experience... so it's a toss up what you'll get. Not worth the risk!

I was a walk-in customer. The ladies were very nice. The lady who cut my hair was very friendly, attentive and did a great job. I am grateful that she took the time to cut my hair last minute.
