If this score was solely based on the quality of the cut, I would give this place a 4/5 because they don’t have a sponge so they couldn’t replicate the top of my requested style, but that is not my main complaint. I entered the barber shop at 3:30. Including the person already getting their hair done as I got in, there were only 2 ppl ahead of me. I finished and left the shop at 8:34. It does not take 2 hours to do a single haircut. When he was barbing the hair, he would repeat the same actions over 10 times despite it 110% not changing anything. When asked how much longer is needed to wait, literally 100% of the time he will answer with 6 minutes. Both times I asked where he said that, it took another 30 minutes. If you just want a cut and you are content with waiting until kingdom come

Hands down the best barbershop. Took my son to Kendrick for a haircut. Extremely professional atmosphere. Clean and very welcoming. Not to mention my son looks like a new man!
