Everything about my experience here was unprofessional. The stylist was friendly, but that does not make up for anything else. First of all, my stylist was late to my 11am appointment despite the fact that they open at 9. While waiting for her to arrive, I watched one of the workers paint the interior wall during business hours while another person washed her own hair in the back of the salon. There was no consultation when my stylist rushed in. I was waved to a chair as she told me to pull up my reference picture and immediately began bleaching my hair for highlights. The only pseudo consultation I had was being given a sample book of hair colors and told to choose one. I came in wanting a balayage with an ombre. My stylist did foil highlights. Make sure they have your appointment. Even when I called to double check my daughter’s appointment, they still were wondering why we were there. It sucks when you trusted them to have your appointment especially for a special occasion and they don’t even have you booked. I wish my experience had been better as the one I see gives great cuts but my gosh! How many times will you not have my appointment!? You lose my trust and my business. It didn’t seem like you cared for it to begin with - so message received. Goodbye!

I have been here a few times. I am a guy with thick hair so I don't want to go to just a pure barber as I want someone who could also style and cut. My hair looked like a zoo and Ken made it look fantastic. He understood what I wanted and worked his magic better than what I thought I wanted. I have sensitive skin as well which I normally get red after a cut but that didn't happen. I would say it was probably the best cut I ever got and the nicest style. Thanks Ken :)
