CVS

The pharmacy has gotten so much better than it used to be. They are much quicker at getting to customers, and they are much nicer than previous employees. The store prices are quite high. I like that I can get $2 off a purchase after refilling prescriptions, and I use it every time.

10 out of 10 i went in there yesterday and got a few things with my aetna card and had some trouble finding the right items but the worker there ryan b helped me find everything i needed and looked through the catalog for me to find each item made my experience easier

The new Pharnacist Joe is the nicest man ever!I have never met a pharmacist that actually cared about the people and interacted with everyone like he did.I hope he stays at this location because he is a breath of fresh air that they needed.

FOR YOUR OWN HEALTH AND SAFETY DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY! We had an unexpected family emergency and had to transfer my husbands prescription from Cincinnati. I called this CVS the Friday before, explained our situation and asked if we could forward his script there. No problems. Come Monday, I call around noon to make sure the prescription was sent over successfully. They said they received it and it would be ready after lunch. So we drive 2 hours to get here just for them to tell us they won’t fill it because they didn’t even have enough for their regular patients. When I tried asking why they didn’t tell us this on Friday or when I called 2 hours ago, they said we didn’t call the pharmacy. When I SHOWED them that I called, they basically shrugged saying “I don’t know what to tell you”

I would like to have chosen zero stars, but you cant leave a review if you don't pick at least one. Would be nice to know ahead of time that the pharmacy is not open due to no pharmacist available when a provider e-scribes a RX for a sick kid on the weekend. Isn't there a way to notify the provider of that so that they don't have to receive a call from the patient to have the RX transferred to another pharmacy? They don't have time for that in between seeing patients. And now that I have had to had it called to another pharmacy I have to pay full price at that pharmacy because my insurance says it's too soon because it was already sent to CVS like it's being filled. Ridiculous.
