beem® Light Sauna Downtown Minneapolis

Today was my first time at Beem and the entire experience was wonderful! I had never used an infrared sauna before- it is a much more pleasant (and less intense) experience than a traditional steam sauna. Everything was super clean and modern, the owner and staff were very pleasant and informative, and the mint-fragrance cool towels were a great perk. Happy to have this business in the Mill District!

Ive walked by waiting for Beem to open for months now. So happy to see it open. My first 2 free sessions were amazing. I loved the infered sauna. Front desk staff and Owner are knowledgeable and accommodating. Im Straight Beeming after my session.☀️ Will return 💚

The interchangeable treatment lights, the privacy, its modern chic and the outstanding staff makes you feel welcomed. Grab a healthy drink on your way out, I love the energy ones the most fueled with healthy goodies and the alertness I get from it. I’m able to walk here from my place which is another big plus. Fantastic space. The saunas are great - especially the private sauna, which is so relaxing. Staff is so nice.
