What a mess. No available sales staff. Boxes of sales products were wet, stained and gooey from spilled products. Empty packing boxes sitting on display shelves. Worst B&BW experience I've ever had...left without purchasing anything.

I went to the store the other day after the holidays. It was packed with so many shoppers, luckily the store is stuffed with Lenny of employees were all willing to help you out with anything you need. They offer coupons online and I believe you can earn points if you have an account. Something new I saw this go around is that the store is now offering certain soap scents in bulk. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Would absolutely recommend this store!
