Their website is getting worse every time I place an order. The sent products thrown into a box Hardly any wrap to protect items and forget items. You have call in and wait for customer care. Promise items free up to 20.00 including shipping and tax. When I go to claim they can't process. Then ask to speak to manager after long wait the manager could not honor after two agent had ticket number and notes. Thank God for store 25 minutes away to honor. I spoke to Mariah the assistant manager would honor! They lost my business after all the grief and aggravation on line

My husband and I come here every Fall to smell all of the fall candles, and pick them out together. they really do have some great scents. I also love the candle holders that are unique to each season. Sometimes I think people think you can't buy them, but they are available for purchase.

Semi annual sale is no joke! Amazing deals..They employees there are very helpful without being pushy and it looks and smells amazing. You can spend at least a half hour looking for something and find even more...I love this store!😍

Came here to get my pick order and they locked the doors 20+ minutes early. It’s raining the “manager” saw me trying to get their attention but it took another 5 minutes of me calling the store to get an answer from them. She said for “safety reasons they closed early” okay but when you have orders that are placed for pick up and your choice to be in the store and not giving them their stuff is crazy. I will never come here again and I will tell everyone I know to go to the Parma Ohio location!!!

Halloween 🎃 is out!!!! Love the selection!!! A bit pricey, but well worth it, if Halloween is your favorite holiday!
