Bamba Professional African Hair Braiding

I walked in expecting a simple hair appointment. What I got was the most unprofessional, rude, and uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had in any business, ever. The staff were EXTREMELY, rude like, shockingly rude. No greetings, no smiles, just attitude from the moment I walked in. The hairstylist clearly had no idea what they were doing. My hair looked worse when I left than when I came in and that’s saying a lot. But the worst part? They were standing right there speaking in another language, laughing and whispering, clearly talking about me like I wasn’t even a human being. I felt humiliated, disrespected, and absolutely stunned. If you care about how you’re treated or how your hair looks do not go here. I wouldn’t go back even if it were free.

I’m won’t come back to this shop! I asked for knotless micro braids and that’s not what I got! The hair that I brought cost more than $300 plus the cost of the braids and to be lied to is actually insane

As requested! This is a honest review of this shop. I had an appointment at 9:30, upon arriving there the lady I had spoken with had not been the lady that was inside of the shop. She was unaware that I would be coming. During that time, I noticed there had been no communication that I was to come. The lady who assisted me, was unsure of the pricing that was put in place with my style. Even after I have sent in pictures requesting shoulder length braids. I was quoted 180$-200$. Another lady at that time arrived inside of the shop, though we have both an appointment 2 additional women had been doing her hair. Even after I have came before she arrived. She had been gone by 2PM. Yet there had been one lady still working on my hair. I finished at about 5:45-6. During that time I was told that
