Asian Body Massage

So I dropped in here after a long drive to get some muscle work done basically massage because my back is killing me from being in the car. In here in Avon Ohio there are many massage places to try out as you can see from the Google list but I’ve never had an Asian style massage. What I mean is there a style of massage is called Asian massage. I’ve had Swedish style massages Charlotte Susa style massages heck I’ve even hold a massage therapy license at one time along with acupuncture license never heard of an Asian style massage. I Gotta say is a little bit funky because the lady climbs on your back and put her knees in your back which at first hurts a little bit but actually does really a great job of relaxing your whole back. Called ahead of time to see if any appointments were available. Lady on the phone told me yes. Got there she didn’t speak English at all so I tried to reason with her into what service I needed. I pointed to price chart and selected the $60- 60 min massage. Handed the older lady $60. She held up a cardboard that read “TIP”. I told I’ll tip after my service. I’ve never been to an establishment that requires a tip before a service 😳 she says “ok”. Proceeds to direct me back to a massage room. Then before she closes the door she says “tip will be $40 for massage table” 😳 i said no ill go elsewhere she tried to prevent me from leaving the massage room which was weird then I finally got out and she threw my money at me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! Horrible establishment

Came in for a 30 minute massage, it was $45… I paid and left the tip before the massage began, I left a 22% tip , the lady made a weird face and said that’s it ??? Don’t remember her name but it was an old lady , Mayb mid to late 60’s…..Didn’t feel welcome , massage was average and it felt rushed … it was my first time here and my last! ✌🏻 don’t go here !

Review based on two massages in October 2022. Both massages were good. The first, I think, was from the owner. It was very good with no issues. I tipped in excess of 20% ($15 for a $70 massage). When I returned the following week, I got an employee. She gave a good massage and I wanted to reward her with a with a healthy tip. I try to be a little more generous with employees. So I gave her all the cash I had: a ten and two fives. She wanted more. I showed her my empty wallet and reminded her I gave her a tip of almost 30%. Since I had paid in advance for the massage with a credit card she ran to the back and brought back the slip I had already signed and wanted me to alter it with a larger tip. It kind of left a bad taste in my mouth, so I pulled off a star. It was still a good massag

walked in early last Wednesday afternoon (3/36/25) and had a pleasant experience! 1 hour massage, and will definitely be back!
