I like the store and the products, and the clerk at the counter has always been helpful and friendly. But their posted business hours are unreliable, and there's no posted phone number to call to double-check, either... So, we've stopped going, because several times we've come when they are supposed to be open (before 8 PM), but it turned out they were closed with no explanation posted anywhere. It's frustrating to waste all that time driving (45+ min one-way) and leave empty-handed.

They say 30% discount up to $300 on birthday month. When i buy the serum and face cream $1600 they give me discount $90. I asked how is $90? The employee said 30%of on $300 is $90 . What’s the hell of discount???
