Nikki Nails Bar & Spa

On Sunday January 04,2026 I went to the salons and it was my worst most embarrassing moment at a service provider establishment. I didn’t get the name of the young lady who was giving the service, but she was rather RUDE! I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what ? It’s too much that happened, but I will make it short. Because I spoke about the on even shape of my nails she responded “go some where else you complain, I ain’t doing your nails we busy right now and nobody else can do them” I then responded “they’re not complete and I won’t be paying for this and you’re rude. Are you having a bad day” she then responded “ I don’t do perfect I try my best, but I ain’t doing them”. A lot more happen within that time, but I honestly can’t type so much. I’ve been coming to Nikki Nail Bar & Spa for years and have always been happy with the service, but my recent visit with Amy was truly exceptional. Amy has a calm, precise touch that made the whole experience feel effortless and relaxing. She paid close attention to every detail—from shaping and cuticle care to the polish finish—without ever feeling rushed. My nails have never looked better, and the tap treatment has held up beautifully. The salon itself is always clean and welcoming, but Amy’s professionalism and care really stood out this time. She’s raised the bar for what I expect from a nail service. Highly recommend booking with Amy if you want someone who’s both talented and attentive. I’ll definitely be requesting her from now on.

Vu did an amazing job on my nails. Everything was very neat, and he really took his time to make sure they were perfect. I’m extremely happy with the results!
