Simplicity Salon

I have gone to this salon to get highlights and a haircut and it was a great experience up until recently. I damaged my hair on my own and asked for a pixie cut again so that the damage could be cut out. The hair stylist was visibly annoyed with my request and questioned me about it multiple times, but did it anyway. As I was leaving, she also made a sly comment about MY hairstyle choice . I let it brush off my shoulders and wanted to get my hair cut down even more as I still find some of my hair to have damaged pieces so I called back to make an appointment and had to leave a message. No one called me back so I called again the next day and someone picked up and hung up. I called from a different number and someone picked up. Jeannie has been doing my hair for years and I get a lot of compliments. I have moved out of the area and cannot find anyone who comes close to doing my hair like Jeannie does it. Every time I get back to town, I call her for a haircut and blow dry and it always looks great.She just has the knack to make everyone look good. Her prices are so reasonable and it's a pleasure to chat with her, she is so friendly. My son is getting married in June and I plan to have Jeannie do my hair for the wedding!

My Aunt took me hair to try them out, and I love my fall haircut! Not to mention Jeannie and Chenelle were both so friendly. It felt unpretentious and warm being there. Definitely looking forward to my next cut. =)

First the wait was long and we came in at 2:50 and left at 7:00 and then one of our nails looked good and the other one looked rushed and we paid 80 bucks for it👎🏽 never again

My haircut is perfect everytime. I also dye my hair and get highlights here. Jeannie is very talented. Everyone here is very professional and sweet.
