Zen Nails & Spa

Nina did my nails today and she did amazing! Paid very close attention to detail and made sure I liked the way my nails looked throughout the service. I have always come to zen & left happy.

I had a great experience here while getting a pedicure. I was a walk-in and taken right away! It is difficult to find someone who takes their time and doesn’t make a mess, but that was not an issue here.

My experience at this salon was rushed and sloppy. At first I got my nails done. The French tip was wonky and the polkadots that I asked for were misshapen and rushed as well as, I said that I wanted to redo them they all looked annoyed, and when I did get them redone. It was also super Rushed and sloppy. I have to redo them when I get home with another topcoat. there are cotton ball fuzzies in my nails still they didn’t take the time to fix anything that they had mistaken, and there was no customers for them to be rushing for The customer service was very poor. I will not be returning. I do not suggest going there.

Personally I felt uncomfortable. I arrived on October 17th (My 29th birthday) for some much needed pampering that I haven’t had in 2 years. When I first walked in immediately every persons attention was on me (staff and customers included), I nervously said hi and went to the nearest worker to inquire about what I wanted. She looked at me like she confused as to why I was in there. After being told it would be a few minute wait, I sat down and waited patiently to be seen while all eyes remained on me as if I was something no one has seen before. After being seated my appointment felted rushed, the lady also shaved my cuticles which burned very badly. The after product was lumpy, mishapen, and big but I just went with it because I don’t like conflict or confrontation so I left unsatisfied.

This is a super clean salon and the technicians are very good. Their pricing is competitive with other area nail salons and what I like most about coming here is if there is a wait time it’s minimal.
