Everybody is so kind and sweet from the front end to the technicians. Every room including waiting is made to make you feel very relaxed and comfortable. I love how personal/intimate every appointment is. I’ve had Gina for laser treatments as well as eyebrow wax and Jess for body waxing and they are both great at what they do. Gina is so easy to talk to and gentle to the touch. Both excel at going over and beyond explaining everything to you so you feel right at ease. They have full understanding of the importance of your mental/emotional health and how that plays into your beauty health; it’s evident in how they treat/handle you.
