I have been going to Christine for a year or so for massage therapy. I cannot provide enough positive feedback. She is always professional. She is skilled in her massage techniques. It is very evident that her clients are her major concern. She completes a thorough intake assessment to determine your present state of heath. She completes a check with the client prior to your massage session to ascertain what areas of the body her clients prefer to focus on that day. The physical environment that she has created promotes comfort and relaxation. She is a part of the HER Organization that assist in aiding to wellness of cancer victims. No question, she comes highly recommended.

I have been seeing CalmDown massage therapy for years and have found the home environment peaceful, clean, and professional. Christine has a gift of being able to find tension and make the experience other-worldly; I have had nothing but exceptional massage and will continue in the coming years! Chris is a wonderful massage therapist. She is thorough in understanding your past medical history and what your concerns are. Her experience as a Physical Therapist is a real plus. Her massage room is peaceful, calming and inviting. She is happy to engage in conversation if that's what you want or remain quiet. I've been to many massage therapists and Chris is the best!

Christine is absolutely amazing! She truly takes the time to listen and understand what’s going on so she can best help. Her lymphatic drainage massage has made such a noticeable difference for me—less swelling, less pain, and I always leave feeling renewed and lighter. I went to Chris to help ease soreness around a possible rotator cuff/bicep tendon injury. She went above and beyond in helping to relieve the soreness and discomfort I was feeling in that moment. Chris was flexible in her approach, especially adjusting the pressure as she got closer to the painful areas. Chris was receptive to my feedback and I would highly recommend her without reservation!
