Tea was lovely she did my nails amazingly. Prices are decent. I had a good experience and Tea constantly asked me if I liked the nails to make sure everything was good. Overall this is my favorite salon in bolingbrook!

I hadn't been to Zeda for a while and my usual technician, Li, was unavailable. However, I received truly excellent service for my pedi/mani. The receptionist was warm, friendly, and accommidating. My technicians (Steve and Tracey) who did my nails simultaneously) were both excellent! (Professionals with personality plus!!!) They made my session purely relaxing and enjoyable. The atmosphere was inviting, clean, and calming.

I have a BAD EXPERIENCE I got my nails done at this salon last Monday. The very next day, I noticed a chip on one nail and the overall paint job wasn’t done well. I went back to request a fix or a refund, but the woman at the front desk was extremely rude and dismissive. She told me they don’t offer refunds, which I understand, but the way she handled the situation was very unprofessional. I asked to speak with a manager, and she said someone would get in touch with me — but I never received a call. I was out of state for a few days and couldn’t return until today. When I came back, the same front desk lady barely acknowledged me. They did a quick repair in under 10 minutes, but unfortunately, the result was still disappointing. This was my first time coming here, and it was a super calm, chic, and luxurious space for a fantastic experience. Steven did a great job for my milk pedicure. I highly recommend them!
