I paid over $400 for a color service and left completely disappointed. During my consultation, I showed inspiration photos and discussed going back to a lighter, blended blonde look. I came in with about six months of grow-out; my ends were previously bleached blonde, and my top was my natural dark blonde. I wanted the top to blend and match the lighter blonde on the bottom. I booked the highest-level stylist available, expecting professional results. However, after drying my hair, the stylist mentioned that I “might need another appointment” to achieve the look — something that was never mentioned beforehand. This is my first time in Czar Salon Spa -Bolingbrook ! From the moment you walk in the door everyone is so friendly and attentive! My first experience with Chona was superb! Chona and I connected immediately! We discussed my massage and she understood what kind of massage was best for me! After her service I felt excellent ! I am very pleased with my massage and would highly recommend her professional service to anyone who is looking for a amazing massage!

Liz is wonderful! She applied color to my gray and blended it to enhance the rest of my color. I love it, she took the time to explain the best options for my thinning hair problem. Lindsay was also great, she gave me an amazing shampoo and educated me on what hair products would help my hair. Everyone is so nice and accommodating, I really like how they greet the customers, offer refreshments, and really make you feel welcome! I highly recommend Czar salons, I’ve been to all 3 locations and have never been disappointed!

I don't trust my hair with any one but with Caitlyn. She is very professional and very good for what she does. I have lots of hair, curly and it was long ( long to my lower back) she cut my hair just the way I want it. She just amazing 👏
