Within minutes, she intuitively and professionally asked where I needed attention. I mentioned my shoulder and back, and she instantly noticed my hunched posture and rounded shoulders. I had an incredible deep tissue massage at Essential Massage by Mesha. It was honestly the best massage I’ve ever had. She took the time to really focus on my problem areas and applied the perfect amount of pressure throughout. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and finally relieved of the tension I’d been carrying for weeks. Highly recommend Mesha! She truly knows what she’s doing!
