I absolutely love Joyce! Not only is she versatile she's professional. I've been coming to her for over 8 years! She's grown my hair, she's gentle, she opens up her home to do this for her clients, and even sweeter... she will say a prayer before starting her work. I am 72-yrs. old with a few medical and physical challenges and my daughter was adamant about the person doing my hair accommodating me as needed. My daughter found Joyce Hair Braiding online, checked out her reviews and proceeded to call Joyce to speak with her about my challenges, needs and Joyce’s ability and willingness to accommodate me. My daughter then called me to let me know she had made an appointment and was sure she had found the perfect person for me and SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY RIGHT! Joyce called me to confirm and discuss the appointment and the braids that I wanted. She allowed me to meet with her first to see my hair and before I left, she prayed with and for me. This is my second time going to Joyce’s to get my braids installed and she did a wonderful job. She’s very collaborative, gentle, patient, and good at what she does. I love my hair! I’m pretty tender headed and worried about breakage, but Joyce is very careful and considerate not to braid tightly. Took about 4 hours and cost $200 for mid back length twists. I’ll definitely be back!

Ms. Joyce provides the best braiding and crochet hair service in the state! She is super nice, extraordinarily professional and very accommodating with schedules and hairstyling preferences. We begin with prayer before each service and she stands behind her amazing craft 150%!!
