Unfortunately, my experience here wasn’t the best. While the acrylic and gel do last a long time, it’s just not worth it. During my last visit, I asked for a simple design, but when it came time to do it, the technician told me he couldn’t because he had to leave early for a wedding. That felt extremely unprofessional. On top of that, my nails were filed down so aggressively that they became sensitive even to warm water. For a gel pedicure, medium length basic acrylics (with no color), I was charged over $180. Again, not worth it. The price should reflect not only the work done, but also the overall customer experience. Unfortunately, this visit didn’t meet those expectations. I've been 3 times. Simply the best! Always gentle on my nails, amazing color selection and quality. Recommend calling ahead to make sure they can fit you in 😁

I uh advan appointment for 2pm, I called and let them know I was running late due to car troubles and was trying to make it there for 2:30. When I finally did get there it was about 2:45pm hours hen I walked in the salon was completely empty so I figured at least I didn't hold anyone up. Then one of the nail techs said that they couldn't see me cause I was late, even though I had called and let them know I was going to be. And they refused to see me period like they were fully booked. But like I said the salon was completely empty and when I walked out I couldn't leave cause my car was overheating anyways so I had to wait , there were no other appointments or customers in the salon for the next almost 30 minutes after I was turned away. Which I could understand if they had other appointmen

So happy with the result!!! I recommend going early when it’s not so busy, plus the technicians take their time with the nail art :D this is my 5th time getting acrylics here and i haven’t been disappointed!! (lil expensive but worth it)

Great customer service! They greet you right away. They always find a way to accommodate your needs and designs.
