Nora is so talented, kind, and mindful. I hadn't been to a salon in years and was really looking for a welcoming space, with present people who care. I was very grateful that she has the option to book a silent haircut, for those with sensitivities, this is super helpful as sometimes mentally grounding is needed in such stimulating environments. I loved that Nora knew intuitively when to communicate and share silence! She sincerely observed, and registered what my witchy wild hair needed and made a masterpiece of it. I highly recommend her as a stylist 💖 p.s. being greeted by pickle (the dog) at the door was very heartwarming and adorable 🥹

I drive 3 hours to visit Tiff and be in their chair at Marmalade. The hair cuts I get transform me into the queer baddie who lives underneath my natural thin mousey brown hair mop . Everytime I get my hair cut by tiff people stop me and ask about my hair. Old friends randomly DM saying wow that haircut is so perfect for you. As a stylist Tiff makes me feel beautiful inside and out. True master of the razor. No blow out necessary and ive never been so happy. The salon is so amazing and comfortable. I am jolly loud and boisterous so I try to tone it down as I noticed some clients have totally silent appointments. That is such a cool service for folks who just want to vibe. This is by far the best salon I’ve ever been to. I have salon trust issues but this place is so wonderful and filled with talented artists. I went to Nora for a curly cut and she did me right. My curls tend to weigh down my hair and it ends up being flat on the top, she managed to shape and layer it beautifully without cutting much length off. She has the best energy of any hair stylist I’ve ever been to; sweet, genuine, understanding, and just such authentic energy overall. You can tell she loves what she does so much and wants people to walk out feeling good and confident. I loved the cut but I loved her energy even more! I trust her with my life now and will be loyal to this salon!

I see Liz for color and I’m always looking forward to our color appointments. She’s very talented and very efficient, I will literally follow her across the bay to see her at Marmalade or whatever salon she’s workin at. I definitely recommend her for any hair color needs.
