UPDATE 10/24: They had the monthly meetup event where there was a Pizza party. It was poetry good. We enjoyed a Scooby Doo movie in the background...lol. It was cute. UPDATE 9/23/25: Still love professionally living here. The community is very warm and welcoming. just opened my office space here. Very smooth process thanks to Caroline Bilal. I really appreciate the way that she handles business from start to finish. Very communicative. I love my office, the community and the surroundings outside of the building. I believe I do do great things here... professionally speaking.

Pacific workplace is a highly professional, expertly staffed venue. I hosted a group of CEO’s and things could not have gone better. I’d highly recommend holding a meeting in their conference room. A big thank you to the wonderful staff at the city center location.

I hosted a hiring event with approximately 200 attendees, initially using only one conference room. The staff went above and beyond by quickly facilitating the addition of two more rooms, significantly improving the flow of traffic and ensuring effective communication throughout the event. Their phenomenal support and professionalism made a huge difference. I highly recommend their services!

My company learned about executive suites for businesses twelve years ago. These suites are where businesses can share office spaces in various locations, receptionist, mail services, etc. Pacific Workplaces came highly recommended, and we have been quite satisfied since then. Pacific Workplaces is a great work space. The staff (Ms. Laura and Ms. Rachel ) are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The workplace facility is clean, they offer snacks throughout the day as well. It is quiet so it is a great space to focus, knock out your workload for the day, some of the offices also has great views of the downtown Oakland area.
