Devon makes me feel so pretty every appointment with her. she’s so funny and personable. she does amazing work, you can’t even tell they’re extensions. she can make any picture you show her come to life but 10x better.

I booked with Kelsey who was very kind and patient with my very long hair. She did an amazing job with the cut and coloring. I highly recommend and will be returning for future hair needs.

Went there not knowing anything about getting my hair done professionally. They were very welcoming. Did not sugar coat anything I know my hair was terrible LOL. But this wonderful woman worked magic on my hair. Five stars all the way. Definitely will be returning

Devon Whitmer does a fantastic job! She is welcoming and kind every time I’m in her chair. She has done various services for me, such as balayage, highlights, etc. I leave her chair loving my hair every time! Highly recommend!

This was my first visit to the salon and it wont be my last. Kaleigh was my stylist. I scheduled the appointment online and she reached out relatively quickly to connect and discuss what I was looking for. She was completely transparent about pricing throughout the entire pre consult and appointment. I had zero surprises. I can’t say enough positive things about her. She was wonderful. I never felt rushed. She wasn’t trying to manage more than one client at a time. The salon itself was clean and well kept. All the girls I interacted with were kind. I went on a Monday and it was relatively calm (which I enjoyed). I am transitioning to this salon from a Kenneth’s where I have gotten my hair done for over 5+ years. I won’t be back. West Oak was perfect for me. Thank you Kaleigh!!!
