Vivi Nails

I’ve been going to this ViVi Nails for years now and this was my last straw. Went here on April 12th for a full set and pedicures. The whole time we were in there we were being rushed around. They swept dirt in my face bc they couldn’t wait to clean until we left. They didn’t even wait till our feet were done to start our nails. Spilled oil on my partner clothes and talked them out of getting polish because they didn’t want to spend more time doing it. Rushed my nail set and now I’M paying the price. My nails didn’t even last a full day without the polish lifting. Mind you this is happening to my acrylic gel set! My nails look a mess! Didn’t even take time to give me a second coat of polish even though I asked for one and clearly needed one.

I went to Re for about 6 months…during that time I had several nails turn green due to moisture. I told her about it and she said it was the way my nails were shaped. She suggested using gel x - still my nails were worsening! On top of that she never cut down my real nails or took care of them properly. I should have left long ago but I wanted to give her a chance to fix this! But truth is she just can’t do nails. The last straw was when she tried yet another ‘technique’ and my nails looked bad. Like really bad. And I paid $100… I just left from my new nail tech and she couldn’t believe how bad my nails were. She refused to do them so they could breathe and regain strength. The only person at ViVi who’s talented is the older pedicure lady! Stay away from all the nail techs. They cannot do

I finally started to get my nails done again about a month or so ago. My daughter and I stopped in yesterday. She wanted a full set and I needed a fill and new design. I wasnt to happy with my previous place and I wish we would have just came here from the start. Very attentive and we love our nails!! Definitely our new go to place!!

Lilly gives the best pedicures! She is good at what she does, pays attention to detail, and is so nice. Highly recommended her!

Great service with experienced nail designer. I had Noy and she was amazing. She was gentle, accurate yet fast. Facility was very clean and everyone was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend ❤️ also I received the ombré dipped nails.
