Great Clips

This Great Clips is really fantastic!! Using the app to schedule yourself in the queue makes it so easy to get a haircut and not waste any valuable time. Of all the stylists who have cut my hair at this one, I've been happy with everyone. They are friendly, skilled, and super efficient!! All of them are also great with kids. They are convenient being right off Gender Road. They have a nice place that is clean and well kept.

I went in today Monday to do a hair cut at this location, I asked the employee if she could also take off the beard ans she said: "Yes, I can, but it's gonna cust $12 dollars." I said: "extra?" -Yes -No thank you. And she sarcastically laugh in front of my face.... Well, to do not make the story longer than what it is, I only did the haircut, no tip for her and a bad review for this location thanks to her sarcastic laugh, what kind of professionalism towards a customer is this? I can take the beard off at my place for free without having to pay $12 extra but her reaction was so unnecessary. She is lucky I don't wanna ask for a refund due to her unprofessionalism!

It all depends on location. Ive had not so good haircuts but I found Elizabeth in canal she is amazing. I haven't had anyone else cut my hair in 5 years.

I always have a great experience at Great Clips thanks to Elizabeth. She is consistently professional, friendly, and dedicated. You can tell she takes real pride in her work, and the quality of my haircut always shows it. I know I can count on her for a top-notch cut every time, and I’ve recommended her to friends and family because she truly goes above and beyond.

If I could give zero stars, I would! I signed in online, got there before I got the text saying I would be up in 15 mins, then proceeded to wait an HOUR after I received the text, while they kept taking people ahead of me. Six people, either on the wait list after my name, or walk-ins. When I finally stood up and yelled asking WHY I was being ignored, one of the four women working told me I was supposed to check in at the desk upon arrival. Every one of these women looked right at me when I walked through the door! Not a single one of them said anything!!!! Terrible customer service!!! Never again.
