I got what I paid for the 1st time.I was very happy. The next time I paid FULL price and I bought All of my own hair. Paid for knotless braids, she put knots and then got upset when I called her out on it. Paid over 200 for hair and it not what I asked for and cause she tried to make it look full, it was extremely heavy on my head and neck. So just don't go to there you will not get what you pay for the second time.

First they combed through my hair with a small toothed comb when it was preparted and she got it in a knot One of the employees told me to touch this repeatedly and I was confused My hair was detangled prior and she blamed me for it And she cut the piece off with no hesitation Before this I was debating leaving because they were 45 minutes late to doing my hair that I had set an appointment for They had a woman running around with no shoes or socks running around singing and dancing literally twerking which in the moment was funny from shock but isn't correct to have in a hair salon, as well as them arguing I had communicated to the original braiders I wanted a straight middle part and they never told the girl who switched I wanted that so she did it wrong, which I compromised for even

First two appointments went well. Happy with braids and service. Unfortunately it went downhill after that. Unhappy with sew-in, but went back for braids again. Braider was at least an hour late. Tried again another time and braider was a no-show

I got my hair done two times and today I have another appointment and it’s great. I love how fast it is! Definitely recommend

I went and got small knotless box braids on Wednesday. She was quick and efficient, I definitely will be back!
