Terrible customer service, unsafe salon conditions, and unprofessional behavior at this salon. Throughout the entire winter, this salon has not had working heat. Customers are expected to sit for long periods in extremely cold conditions, which is uncomfortable and unacceptable for a business providing personal services. In addition, I regularly request a specific stylist when booking appointments, yet I am repeatedly assigned to a different person without explanation or consent. During my most recent visit, I received hair color service and requested that protective cream be applied to my skin to prevent burning and irritation. My request was refused. Aiden is a legend! Great barber to my husband/son and also gave me Magic Sleek which is nothing short of a miracle! Step aside Kerstin/Brazilian straightening as this is much better and lasts 4 times as long. Highly recommend the treatment and salon.

Such an amazing place! Got my side-shave here and loved it. Styling was also incredible. Highly recommend it! Aiden did my cut and styling, and was out of this world — he was so supportive and even had me hold the razor with him since I was nervous about shaving half my head! :) My male friend went here too and loved his cut! (If you’re wondering whether they cut white-people hair and are too embarrassed to ask, the answer is yes haha)

I had a scheduled appointment for balayage and was left sitting over 15 minutes past the time the bleach was ready to be washed out because several walk-ins were accepted without appointments. Seven days later I returned to have the color corrected in the front of my hair because it was too over processed and brassy. Afrer this visit I messaged Aiden to discuss my frustration with the color and condition of my hair. I have been his customer for years so I was hoping for recommendations on how to treat my damaged hair. Though I could see he read my messages, he ignored them for several hours (something he has never done before) then he left a voice message saying that he was busy.
