The Pelham Nails Bar

I stopped by Pelham Nails Bar on a quiet Monday afternoon after work to have a previous set removed and get a new full set. Louis was my nail technician, and he was absolutely amazing. He was so kind, gentle, and really took his time with my nails, which I appreciated because they were thin and brittle. He recommended gel instead of acrylic, and it ended up being the perfect choice for my nail health. Louis paid close attention to detail and executed the exact design I wanted. I never felt rushed, and the whole experience felt relaxing. The salon itself is very clean with a beautiful, calming aesthetic and great ambiance. I’ll definitely be back to see Louis specifically!

Had no wait time. Immediately sat in the chair with Amy. Did a fill in with full design and she did not disappoint! Her attention to detail was amazing. I will definitely be running back to her. Oh wait! Almost forgot!! You get a complimentary drink; I got the ice Vietnamese coffee and it was to die for! 5 stars all around ❤️

Very nice and spacious nail spot. I love that they offer free boba with your services. I got a gel pedicure which was good. It was fast and thorough, and holding up well. My manicure wasn’t the same story. The gel manicure itself was fine but it didn’t hold up as well as it should’ve. I got a cat eye effect (additional $15) and noticed it was chipping 3 days later. The mani only lasted me about 8 days.

I would love to return to have my affected nails fixed! Any tips you could share on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated. However, I did notice that my gel manicure isn’t as smooth as I had hoped, with a few bubbles on some nails. I would really appreciate the opportunity to return and have my affected nails fixed. I have been coming here for a few months now and I’m obsessed. I’ve been going to Apple for builder gel, and she is the absolute sweetest and always does a fantastic job in a very time efficient manner. I can give her an inspiration picture and she is able to give me exactly what I’m looking for every time. The space and salon is also very clean and spacious and the drinks and snacks they offer are great!
