Lotus Spa

I recently visited Lotus Spa and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. Here’s what stood out: • The moment I walked in, the space was clean, calm, and inviting — soft lighting, gentle music, pleasant aromas. • The front-desk staff were friendly, professional, and made the booking process smooth. • My therapist asked detailed questions about what I was looking for (areas of tension, pressure preferences, etc.), which I really appreciated. • The massage itself was excellent: the pressure was just right, the strokes were confident and effective, and they checked in a couple times to make sure I was comfortable. • After the session, I felt relaxed, stress and stiffness in my shoulders were significantly reduced, and I even slept better that night. I booked an appointment for a Full Body 60min massage with a Gua Sha add on. My full body massage was very well done, from the first touch to the last I could feel my body relaxing and melting into the massage table. I can only speak highly of Lotus Spa for my first experience. My Gua Sha add on was done with such care and attention to detail. My massage therapist listened to my body and checked in on me to make sure I wasn't in pain during or after the service. I will absolutely be making Lotus Spa a favorite on my list and I am looking forward to trying more services.

This place is amazing! I got the scalp treatment and I never felt so relaxed. The spa is clean and and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place.

I didn't feel the massage at any point. There was no way to relax. It hurt quite a bit because they used a lot of force. On the other hand, what angered me the most was the treatment at the end when she asked me for more tip, she “forced” me to give more tip. I mean, it's not just that I paid for a massage that I didn't receive, but that I had a bad experience, and on top of that, I almost had to leave her the tip she wanted.

update 2/13/26: Went back and of course Selena is always sweet and accommodating. I had a new masseuse Lucy. She did wonders! I haven't felt any pain since. Im definitely coming back! Please go here and get your massage!! Had my 1st massage today at Lotus and Tony was awesome. He removed all my knots from my neck and back. I feel so relieved. Selena also checked on me during and after my massage. Tony also offered me water. I truly appreciate the hospitality. I will deff be back and I would recommend this spot to anyone.
