VSl Nails Spa Collierville- Houston Levee

This was the 2nd time in a row that they didn’t do my nails correctly. The pedicure started off relaxing but once he started scrubbing, he scrubbed to hard and scrubbed the skin off of my heel. I asked for a design on my nails and the design was literally thrown together. The shapes were off and my pinky nail was longer than my middle finger nail. Normally I have a great experience, but lately the quality of service has been downhill.

My daughter and I just started getting our acrylics done at VSL. First time, my daughter’s were crooked and the nail art was just ok, but mine turned out great. The second time…and perhaps it was my mistake trying to go Christmas Eve (I called and confirmed they were open, I was coming well before closing, and I made sure to tip accordingly) our service was bad. Like, inexcusably bad. The technicians were downright rude and standoffish, service was rushed, we were not offered drinks, and even though I explained we were getting them done for my wedding, we are one day out and both mine and my daughter’s nails are already chipping. Disappointed

I asked for gel nails, the lady proceeded to do dip nails and charged me for dip nails. I've had these on for exactly a week and i'm already having nails fall off, Everytime i've been here it's overpriced for what I get. I was charged 101$ for these nails...not worth it, Never even had press ons fall off this quick

Front desk was unprofessional and talked down to customers. Techs didn’t listen to instructions. A basic almond shape in the color red took 4 hours because of miscommunication and not following directions given to them. My skin, cuticles, and under nails are cut and bleeding from rushed job. Once Lynn and Shu took over my service, then it was done correctly and professionally. Anthony was effective with communication. Shu did a great job after 3 hours of being drilled on for no reason. They blamed me for my polish color not matching when it’s not my responsibility to know that the manufacturer swatch isn’t the same as the product on my hands and toes. After years of getting manicures, I can honestly say this is my favorite salon! Mrs. Kim’s work is flawless — my nails never lift or break, and they always look beautiful. The staff is warm and welcoming, and Mrs. Kim and Maggie always go above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend them more!
