Gould's Salon Spa - Houston Levee

Celebrated my granddaughters 6th birthday with a spa day. We had a wonderful time and everybody was so kind and catered to her. The all did a great job and she looked adorable with a new hair cut, tinsel, pedi and mani. Thank you to everyone there!

The folks at Gould’s Salon Houston Levee in Collierville are exceptional. Susan Harris has been styling my hair for years and I continue to visit her because she is an exemplary stylist. She listens to your wishes to insure you receive the style and services you are expecting. Always terrific. The staff at this location are fantastic! The place is amazingly clean and very well kept. The staff is very courteous, respect and professional. My stylist Kosandra is just the best. Very professional , cheerful and a true expert at what she does. Best thing is , I don’t have to tell her every time what kind of hair cut I want, she just knows.

I’ve been a client at Gould’s for more than 10 years now, and always look forward to my service(s) there! While I’ve had several spa treatments over the years (which have all been fabulous), I go most consistently for hair services. I started seeing Susan earlier this year to get my hair cut (after my former stylist retired) and could not be more pleased! I have naturally curly hair (medium coarseness, 3A - 3C pattern), so it’s been a struggle my whole life trying to find a stylist that knows what they’re doing with hair like mine… when it came time for me to find a new one, I was so nervous to commit someone, but Susan took all those nerves and threw them in the trash! Gould’s in Collierville is amazing! I did the spa package today and every person was incredible. Each service provider was kind, welcoming, spent time educating, and completely nailed the service. Valencia gave me the best massage I’ve ever had, Cary helped me work through some skin issues, and Erica did an amazing mani/pedi while helping with some dry heel issues I’ve been having. The entire service was professional and they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I had such a great experience here!
