Massage Envy

Been going to Satya for a little while now. She’s awesome! Definitely recommend. I’ve had many other massage therapist elsewhere and it always feels like I’m being lightly rubbed. Satya makes me feel like I’m getting something out of my massage. I believe she only does firm/deep massages.

I had a 60-minute massage with therapist Joey on Jan 6 2026 and requested a focus on my lower back and lower extremities. About five minutes into the session, he checked in regarding pressure. I asked if he could apply little more pressure, and his response was simply, “I do NOT do deep.” with no further explanation or attempt to adjust. For reference, I am 5'10" and 140 lbs. During the lower back work, his knuckle REPEATEDLY pressed into my left PSIS with every stroke, which cause lingering pain afterward. Four hot towels were used, but they were ineffective—each towels remained on my back for only about 30 seconds, did not sink into the muscle, and felt overwhelming rather than therapeutic. During the calf and hamstring massage, my position was not adjusted AT ALL from start to finish

Excellent as always! I got the deep tissue 90 minute massage. Satya is fantastic and communicative. She seems to have the perfect balance of relaxing while getting rid of all my knots. Perfect "Hurts so good" feeling when the last of the knot is gone? Yeah, she got it! The staff are always kind and attentive. Love Massage Envy!

Subject: Formal Complaint – Unprofessional Conduct and Shortened Service I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. This was completely unacceptable and will be my first and last visit. We were shorted on our massage time. I personally set a timer, and it went off while I was already at the front desk. There is no justification for not receiving the full service that was paid for. During the appointment, staff were whispering, walking back and forth, and sharing products, which was highly unprofessional and disruptive. It was clear our time was not being respected. When I addressed the issue, I stated clearly that I would wait for a manager to contact me. Despite that, Brittany continued to approach me. OMG Brittni was absolutely amazing. I freaking loved her and will be my aesthetician going forward. My skin was GLOWING when I walked out and she took such great care of my skin. Ugh LOVED her
