I absolutely love The Upper Level!! Mary is magician when it comes to color! If you are looking for an amazing haircut and color at affordable prices with a staff the genuinely loves and appreciates their clients, then this is the salon for you!!!
Very pleasant place to go. Neat and clean. Highly recommend it. My hairstylist is Mary Leigh. Been with her since 1989.
If you haven’t even heard of Japanese thermal hair straightening, don’t call yourself the Upper Level. You don’t have to have it but you should know the field and competition.
I'm really please with the way my hair looks after two visits 😄
