While my praise for their dipping service still stands - Mimi did an absolutely amazing job on my first visit, and the dipping lasted beautifully - I’ve since been really disappointed by the overall pricing structure and service quality for anything outside dipping. Their prices are easily $20 higher than nearby salons, and while I was initially willing to pay extra for the exceptional dipping experience, my recent visit was a real letdown. I went in simply to have the leftover dip removed from my hands (my feet only had regular polish) because I wanted to give my nails a break. I have good experience from this nails salon. They take good care of me for the basic manicure and basic pedicure just ($63) with an affordable price. If you want to do more service beside the basic pedicure that you just add more like callus remove just $10more. If you want to have the take off your acrylic and dipping powder they also do and will clarify the price before you do. It was a good experience for me because the staff very nice and welcoming.

If I could I would give it 0 stars. I would like to share that I am someone who is polite and always tips even if I don’t like the service. But this time I did not tip at all and honestly should not have even continued or paid. This was the worst service I ever received in my LIFE. The lady who was doing my pedicure literally cut open my toe nails skin and it kept bleeding and hurt so bad. Hopefully there is no infection. I went Wednesday around 7 pm. She did not even acknowledge or apologize. I had to tell her hey you cut me and it’s bleeding. How rude Can someone be? How mannerless can someone be? This can be a health hazard and someone can get infected with this type of service. I will never go there again. My 2nd toe hurts to this day (2 days later) and hopefully there is no infection…

Probably the worst and most unprofessional nail salon in the Lorton area! I went for a nail polish and my nails were done by a young apprentice. She was very friendly and polite but I had to tell her to use a buffer to make my nails look smooth and to also remove the dust before putting the nail polish on. She also didn't put a towel on the table or had me wash my hands. The next day my nail polish started to chip on all fingers. I went back to get it fixed. The owner said it was normal since it's nail polish!! So they take your money and tell you afterwards that the service doesn't last more than 24h!! Smelled unpleasant upon entering . No real introduction or effort to make small talk. Manicure was good however my nails were left bumpy with the applying of the gel dip powder .
