Great place first time here! No wait, they were super welcoming energy was pleasant and I love my hair turned out so great! You come a Solon to feel even more beautiful then how you walked in! And Salon Red Lorton did just that! Thank you will be back!

My family was visiting from out of town and needed our hair done for a Sunday wedding. Somi was able to fit us in, listened to what we wanted, and gave us beautiful hairstyles. We loved the final result! She worked quickly but meticulously to help us get out the door on time too. A big thank you to Somi for a wonderful experience. We definitely plan to go back when we’re in town.

Like many others, I trusted the reviews here. The business owner may have many talents, but cutting hair isn't one of them. Words cannot described how she screwed up my hair. I didn't see the mess until I straightened my hair at home. When I asked her for a refund because I need to go to a real hairstylist to fix her mess, she practically told me to stop complaining because she gave me a discount, I didn't say anything in the salon etc. She even accused me of lying. Zero accountability. You better pray you like the outcome of your hair. Because if you don't, she will fight you and get unprofessional and defensive as you can see in the other negative reviews. I try to support local businesses but this is the worst place I ever visited.

I want to explain my side clearly. I have been working in this field for 10–12 years, and nothing like this has ever happened to me before. When you came to my salon, you asked for a shampoo and blow-dry. My regular price for fine hair is $55. However, you have very curly hair, which takes more time and work, so I told you the price would be $75. You said you did not want to pay $75, so I gave you a discount and agreed on $55. Somi did a beautiful job on my hair. I live in the area and made an appointment. I got a shampoo, layered haircut, deep conditioning treatment and blow dry. My hair came out gorgeous and felt healthy and bouncy. Somi was very sweet and warm as well. I will be back!
