Vivi nails & spa

This was my 2nd time seeing Daniel. Wasn’t thrilled with the first visit . Got tips and was told I couldn’t get ANC by a girl . Ok so my nail wasn’t even covered . You could see the sides of my nails . Went back for a fill , I like them more than the first time but I noticed some of the gel on some of the nails was almost see through and my one nail had a bubble on it and is now peeling off a week later . Ugh so frustrating .

I’ve been going here faithfully since they opened…I see Jimmy. Before I was going here, I went to city nails in Hannaford plaza in colonie and I saw Jimmy a couple times (not knowing his name ) I went back and he wasn’t there, so I was going to Vivi nails when they opened and always saw Elin. One day I couldn’t get in with Elin so they put me with Jimmy, not knowing until I got there the connection from the last place. He does an amazing job. I get anc with tips and my nails last 3 weeks. They even do a massage after and his are nice and firm. Every once in awhile I get my eyebrows done , Vivi & Elin are the best. And I’m very particular with everything. Pedicures, hands down Judy. But nails definitely Jimmy, Elin & Vivi top ones!

It’s really unfortunate to write this review but here I go…,I came in to do a gel mani and pedi for both me and my daughter for her bday and I know how much they are but I figured they would have a kids discounted price. Tell me why they did not and the owner thought asking me two times “Are you sure you want gel” is an indication for me to know how much my total cost would be! I’ve been a loyal client there for years and I must say those days unfortunately for them are OVER! Good luck and I’m back to pressing cause baby the time and money saved is worth the beauty I get store bought! 💯✌🏾

Lord why didn’t I avoid this place? I was here one time eight months ago and the person that did me did a magnificent job unfortunately, this time around it was possibly the worst!! and the crazy part was that the owner was sitting next to the guy that was doing my nails and observing his work and said nothings!! I left with wonky shaped nails! I just wanted to get the hell out of there.! now I’m gonna have to look for another place to fix my wonky shaped nails never again and my stepping foot into this establishment.

I love coming here, I’ve been all over and I’ve tried so many nail salons. They are the best, from the time you walk in, they have amazing customer service and superior nail skills. I love the atmosphere and if I could come back every week I would. I look forward to my nail time and I will always come back here
