Cannot express enough how wonderful an experience I had with Mave Massage this morning. Meredith and the whole environment of the suites where she is located instantly put you at ease and created such a calming, affirming, and client-centered space. She took her time to listen, provide a space for questions, and it is clear she has so much care and experience supporting pregnant folks. Honestly the best prenatal massage, and all around massage, I have ever had. Will be back soon!

I have been going to Meredith (Mave Massage) for over a year now and she is simply the BEST! I found her while I was pregnant when in search of prenatal massages after having a not so great one somewhere else in the area. The moment I laid down for my first prenatal massage with Meredith I was instantly impressed. Something as simple as the pregnancy support pillow proved that she thinks about each detail to make sure you have the best experience possible. She is welcoming, warm, with such a healing energy. I can promise you will be greatly impressed!

Meredith's 18 years of experience is evident. She is an outstanding massage therapist, listens to clients, and responds with the right services. I have had trouble finding the right massage therapist for regular massage services, until I met Meredith. Now, I have monthly massages as a part of my overall health/well being care. I used to treat massage as a luxury, but it has become a necessity for my health care, and Meredith is the right person for me. The space is also great, very warm and inviting. I highly recommend Meredith for the occasional or regular massage. Your body will thank you.

Meredith is the best massage therapist that I’ve ever worked with. Beyond her superior knowledge, skills, and abilities, she also has an intuitive way of knowing where your problem areas are and how to help fix them. She will go out of her way to advise ways to stay healthy in between visits. It’s easy to book appointments online and the location is very convenient. On a personal level, Meredith is a genuinely sweet and kind person, and she brings a warm and calming energy to every healing touch. I highly recommend MAVE Massage!

I don’t even know where to start. Today was my first time ever getting a massage which I luckily got to experience by Meredith. She was GREAT!!! Very welcoming, knowledgeable and relatable. We had good conversation during my pregnancy massage and Ive already scheduled my next 2 appointments for before baby is due! HIGHLY RECOMMEND‼️‼️
