I love this Salon! I have seen Piper so many times and she’s the best! She has successfully changed my hair from black box dyed hair to blonde, to different vivid looks (orange, pink, green, blue, purple, rainbow) and most recently red. She never strays away from a vivid hair challenge and simply put, she’s just a fantastic human being. She’s personable, knowledgeable, compassionate and understanding. Although I do not have too much rapport with the other stylists, they are all also so kind to me. They always say kind things to me regarding how my hair is turning out and add to the positive experience. I truly love this salon!

After moving from NYC, I struggled to find a hairstylist who truly understood my hair. I even had a terrible experience at another salon upstate, which made me hesitant to try anyone new. For a while, I continued traveling back home to get my hair done—until I found Chelsea. Now, I can finally say I have a permanent hairstylist upstate! This was my second time going to Chelsea, and she has exceeded my expectations both times. The first time, I came in with dark brown/black box dye, and she worked carefully to lighten my hair while keeping my hair's health in mind. While I was happy with the results, Chelsea’s perfectionist nature kicked in, and she even offered to tweak the color further.
