VIP Nails & Spa Salon 3

I previously gave this place 5 stars as I always go here and have the same technician do my nails this one last time she was not available and I had somebody else do them on Saturday. Needless to say it was a disaster Sunday I had to go back and have them touch them up because they started to chip already and now it’s Wednesdayand five out of 10 nails are completely chipped. I also gave her a tip for both days. What a disaster looks like I need to find a new place.

I look forward to my bi-weekly visits with Lynn, she does a great job and I always leave happy! Nice, clean salon too. Thanks

I have been going to this salon for the past 10 years. Ever since they changed ownership the place has gone downhill. I have seen several techs and the only 2 that do a good job are Michelle and Mei. Otherwise the gel polish is chipping and coming off after a week. Last straw was today when I called to confirm 2 appointments I had made for my mom and I. I specifically made these appointments with Mei 2 MONTHS AGO for tomorrow and the girl who answered said they only had one of us scheduled. I asked to speak to the manager because this was not the only scheduling issue i have had here and she said the manager was not there and they may be on vacation...she wasn't sure. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Went there at 400, sat eve, saw people, asked if they could do nails-1-nail polish was dries up, n today in sun light it’s a different color, n she kept going under table as I was getting hands done to touch up toes! Not to mention today my right big toe is red n sore, n I told her she hurt me!! They better hope Neosporin helps so I don’t get infection, my hands have gel all over cuticles, n as I was getting nails done they said can u pay we have to close drawer out! I shouldn’t even have paid n they no it!!what a mess!n that’s what ties look like such a mess, n yes I called only to get machine!!
