So glad I chose Ambient aesthetics Lounge for my first facial. Kirsten, the owner, was quick to respond and helped me choose the right service, and my esthetician Giulia was amazing. From booking to the appointment, communication was great. Giulia paid close attention to my skin needs and customized the facial to what she thought was best and she also paid close attention to the small details like checking that I was comfortable, the music was to my taste, and whether I preferred a talking session. The experience was incredibly relaxing and she was knowledgeable and attentive throughout and followed up with my experience and how my skin felt. The prices were very reasonable. A perfect first facial experience, highly recommend! Special shoutout to Giulia being so easy going and fun to talk
