She is so funny and incredibly sweet, and she made me feel comfortable from my very first wax through my most recent visit. I definitely recommend asking for Jessica. Kelsey was absolutely amazing and did a great job on my eyebrows. She was professional, kind, and made the service itself a very positive experience. This review is in no way a reflection of her work. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning due to the checkout experience. As I was leaving, I was automatically booked for a follow-up appointment and repeatedly encouraged to reschedule and purchase packages, even after I clearly said no. My response wasn’t respected, which made me uncomfortable. I understand this may be part of company policy or training, but it negatively impacted my overall experience.
