The salon itself is nice and the employees were nice, too. However, the quality of service was very bad. I had to change my requested nail color three times because they were out of everything I wanted. When we finally decided on a color that the technician suggested, I asked for a simple French tip and every single one of my nails looks different. They’re bumpy and uneven, the polish is sloppy, not only on my nails but all over my fingers, and the technician ended up cutting my finger open. When I started bleeding she poured a green sanitizing solution over the top of my finger that made it hurt ten times worse! I would have stayed to get them fixed on the same day but I had my child with me, who was getting antsy after two-hours sitting in one spot. The receptionist told me that there is

Nail tech literally screaming at me, unprofessional and less than standard service. I explained to the nail technician that I cannot get gel or artificial polish due to my job she got an attitude and yelled st me the entire service. What a weirdo. If you like regular polish dont go they will be upset with your preference. Worst experience ever.

Price: full set and pedicure: 119 Full set, pedicure, cat eye: 129 My nail tech had to fix my friends nails because her tech, had a brown/auburn bob not sure her name, was being rude to her and my friend claimed she felt like the tech was in a rush to just get her out of her chair. We booked this appointment days in advance. We told the girl at the front desk about the issues as well but nothing really came out of it. My nails came out crooked and had bumps underneath where they should have filed down but I ended up going home and fixing it myself because I wanted to be out of there. Not trying to be a Karen, just genuinely had a not great experience and won’t be going back. No solution was offered, Not to mention our toes were painted half heartedly and we still paid full price.

I went in yesterday for a pedicure and full set my pedicure went good no problems and a very nice lady however when I sat down for my nails I showed her a pic of square white nails I had to ask her to fix them before I left she "fixed" them but when I got home I seen how bad it is they are chunky uneven and I'm disappointed with them.

I wish I could give a negative star! Last Friday I came into the shop and got an acrylic refill. I asked for a cut down and for my nails to be square. I had to ask the nail technician to fix the shaping multiple times because he kept filing them oval. I finally settled for rounded square which I wasn’t happy with. I wanted regular polish because as a nurse, I feel like my gel polish always gets discolored from the many chemicals I work with. The pink color was old and chalky but I settled because I didn’t want to offend the nail technician. By Tuesday, 7 out of 10 nails had broken. The acrylic was so thin it was basically non existent.
