When I tell you Amy was a breath of fresh professional air I needed . My nail service was such a good experience

Amy is great! She's very friendly & customer oriented. She makes sure you're satisfied with the service you've received. The price is average/fair even with nail art. She's quick yet through. The only downside is they need to do better with clean up. And for that reason I gave them 4 🌟 instead of 5. Update: Went back 5/6/25 Amy did a great job on my Ombre dip & I noticed a difference in the cleanliness of the place. Fast & efficient walked away satisfied 😌 therefore they've earned 5 🌟 11.01.25 Another amazing visit. Amy is awesome so fast & yet doesn't skimp on the quality of service she provides. Her ability & desire to satisfy her customers is very important to her. That's what I love about a great nail tech. Overall, everyone there is friendly and helpful. Don't take my word for it

Amy is my nail tech at VIP NAILS and she is amazing. She can do anything! Which she proves every month when I go to get my nails done. I get a theme on my nails every holiday season. She's AWESOME!! Make sure you check her out.

I wish I could give them no stars or just half a star for taking walk-ins. I was a customer of this shop as a teen and tried it again as an adult but I stopped years ago because their quality of work is pitiful. they lack technique and charge insane prices for anything they can to add another line item to your services. My mom hasn't, until today. She walked in to get a removal ($21) and a Simple Gel Manicure ($29), but her nails are distorted. Her nails have a mound of product on the tips, excluding her thumbs; her shape was not as she asked, and was crooked and uneven. When she asked for something to be done, the owner tried to convince us that her nails are just made that way, but she could 'try and fix it" in 4 hours, and they don't do refunds. Trust me on this one, please try any oth
