I have given this place many chances although my manicure services have never been that good or lasted more than 3 or 4 days. Only the eyebrow service and other waxing have been satisfactory. However, today was the worst. As usual my nails were cut too short with one hand being different than the other: it's not even rounded as repeatedly asked and the nail polish done poorly. Even my eyebrows were done in a very rushed way, poorly shaped and cleaned up. It looks like I did it myself. I am done with place. Most of the time, poor or not good enough service and work and I have never liked the atmosphere for different reasons. They are always rushing from customer to another. I am glad there are many other options as far as nail salons go.

Never going back, rushed service, didnt’ take their time, didn’t file my toe nails, my gel manicure is bubbly and not a clean job. When they told me to dry my toes I sat in the chair for 2 minutes and then the owner said “we are closing your done”. Mind you they close at 7:30pm it was 7:15pm. Also the lady who did my nails rolled her eyes because I hadn’t picked a color and I had just gotten the box of colors. They only get a start so I can write this review, but they don’t deserve any.

Melissa was very nice and paid close attention to details. She did a great job on my nails.

Terrible experience and not going back. Had Maria for both my pedicure and manicure. Not only did she rush through the pedicure, she was digging so hard at the toe nails that it hurt. For the manicure she actually cut my cuticle and put an antiseptic on it. When it came time to pay, the change I was given was conveniently lacking singles so I had to ask. Lastly, not even one day later, and a nail is starting to chip. Not worth $50 plus the tip which I felt was generous given the horrible service.

I did manicure gel two days ago! They couldn’t have done it worse! It came off the next day and the shape is horrible. It’s such a waste of time and money to go there
